Does my patient need an appointment?
In most cases, yes. Custom bracing and prosthetic appointments take about 45 minutes to an hour. Prefabricated items, if in stock, can be delivered without an appointment. Have your staff call before sending a patient over and we will be happy to accommodate them as quickly as possible.
What does my patient need to bring with them?
Our facility functions like a physician’s office. Your patient needs a prescription or referral, their insurance cards and photo identification. If you are not sure what to write on your prescription, contact our office and we will be glad to assist you.
How long will it take for my patient to get their needed item(s)?
This depends on the item and the patient. If you are concerned about the time frame, please contact your patient’s clinician and speak with them as to execute a prompt delivery time suited to your patient’s needs.
I’m not quite sure what to order for my patient… what do I do?
This is not a problem. Have your staff contact one of our clinicians and we will be pleased to assist you in making the best treatment plan for your particular patient. We may also recommend evaluating your patient at our office first, then request a prescription following our examination.
